CONFORMABLE HELICAL CARTRIDGE
The conformable cartridges, also known as helical cartridge, are cartridges of reduced diameter, but of a great calorific power. The cartridge is useful in many thermal processes where the electrical heating is necessary in very small and reduced spaces. The thread heating coil is of the best quality in the market, with a fine outer layer of Mg0 and covered by stainless covering prepared with Steel for a greater duration obtaining 750ºC.The cartridge can be molded to the product to heat combining to the necessities of the client. It can warm up solid surfaces or are straight (folding blades or), in helical form (pipe, injection mouths) or other geometrical forms within the necessities of the client. Other than our standard range we can offer to make special cartridges with a great diversity of finishing's.
